Manhunter

Manhunter is a mentally ill former inmate of Eastern State Penitentiary. He eventually escaped, killed all of the guards, and along with some friends – took over the penitentiary.

Manhunter and his gang wield a variety of weapons such as Meat Cleavers, Knives, and several firearms including Revolvers or Shotguns.

They don yellow smiley face masks, some covered in blood and others with “kill” or “please stop me” scrawled messily across them.

They have eluded arrest for many years, and rumor has it.. They have a plan to take their unique brand of chaos to a neighborhood near you!
