Escaping from prison, Havok went on a brutal killing spree.. Often sprawling “HAVOK RULES” on the wall in his own blood. He went on to kill thousands of innocent civilians, throwing the city into chaos.

He was eventually contained, however his location was never disclosed, and it is rumored he has recently escaped yet again into the world..
